Sojourn Kids VBS is one of the best weeks of the year! You can be a part of helping make "awesome-ness" happen by serving as a Team Member. If you are interested in joining this amazing team, please register below. Safety is a top priority at Sojourn Kids, so please note that all Team Members 18 years or older will have a Background Check completed prior to serving.

We invite students entering 6th grade to 12th grade to serve as Leaders In Training (LIT's).

We have a role for everyone and their area of interest! Please complete a separate form for each individual serving.

There is a mandatory VBS Team Huddle (dinner included) for all Team Members on Wednesday July 30th 6:30-8:00pm at Sojourn. Will you be able to attend?

Other VBS Volunteer Needs

Set Execution: Want to transform our stages? Help us decorate and construct the sets for Sojourn VBS. Need to be able to attend meetings and some evening/weekend construction time prior to VBS. Yes

Decorations: Help to execute the decorations for the whole church! Hallways, classrooms, the lobby and stairwells will need to be colorful and inviting. If you have the gift of decorating or hospitality, this may just be the perfect fit! Yes

Prep and Prepare VBS: Help us prepare all the fun things needed to make VBS happen, from sorting and gathering, to snack preparations. Volunteers needed from July 30th through August 24th Yes

Setup Team: Stay after service on August 17 to help transform the sanctuary. Yes

Tear-Down Team: This team will be needed on Sunday, August 24th after service beginning at 12:30pm to de-construct the church. Help us take down decorations and clean up the stages and spaces. Yes

VBS Administrative Tasks: Do you love coordinating and helping get all of the necessary spreadsheets for an event in order? We have a spot for you! Help do the behind-the-scenes work that makes VBS happen. Yes

Photo/Video Release

Required for all VBS Volunteers: I understand that as I participate in VBS at Sojourn Campus Church, photos and audio/video recordings will be taken that may be used in Sojourn print, promotional, or social media communications. I authorize Sojourn to utilize these images or recordings of me, knowing they will only be used for Sojourn purposes, and not for profit. I waive any rights for payment or royalties.
